Since 1999, Southernwood Homes’ owner, Nathan Whitmire, has been building custom homes for satisfied clients in the North Georgia area. Nathan’s creativity and attention to detail sets Southernwood apart from other builders. Nathan’s wife, Wendi, also helps run the marketing and administrative side of Southernwood.
